Community Partners Recognized for Improving Phoenix
The Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department celebrated Community Development Week by recognizing community partners that have positively impacted Phoenix. Honorees have aided, contributed to and improved the community by assisting lower income residents as well as eliminating blight.
